Bunny and Cinnamon

It has been quite awhile since I last posted.

Last week I had the 24-hour bug that has been going around campus. That was fun. Not. I think I literally slept a total of 14 hours that day.

Midterms are this week and next. I have studied my life away it feels like. Okay, not really but I really am looking forward to the break.

I had four test this week and next week I have two papers due. After next week it will definitely be a break that is much needed.

What am I doing for Spring Break? Well, I am going to be the most exciting person ever. Okay so that was a joke. I am going home to spend time with the family, the best friend and the boyfriend.

Exciting News! My family got a bunny rabbit! She is all black and I named her Dixie. It is actually going to be a classroom pet for my moms preschool room. BUT she will come home on weekends and breaks. SO I get to officially meet her on Spring Break! I can't wait!

So.. one of the things I wanted to do with this blog is post some of my favorite things from Pinterest. Well, here is one of them... Cinnamon Covered Pretzels. They are quick and easy to make and yummy!

A Little Bit of This and That

March 3rd. Can we just let the fact that it is March 3rd sink-in for a bit?

...

Okay, that is enough "sinking-in." But really! It is March 3rd and it is icy on the ground and snow fell this morning. Schools are cancelled all across Arkansas. 

College, however, is not cancelled. Boo. 

On another note, it has been quite an amazing weekend. Nothing too productive happened, I did enjoy the company of friends.

I wrote a paper and did three loads of laundry. THREE. Now, maybe I was more productive that I thought. Ha.

So... let us discuss the Oscars. And by that I mean, let us discuss how hilarious Ellen is and how I wish I could personally meet her. Let us discuss how they actually ate pizza at the Oscars. More importantly that Jennifer Lawrence ate pizza at the Oscars. Let us discuss that Will Smith will always be good looking. Let us discuss how I typically never have seen any of the movies that win awards. Let us discuss how Twitter shut down due to Ellen's "selfie." Let us discuss the heavy heart I feel every time they show who has passed away. Let us discuss how beautiful Judy Garland was. Lastly, let us discuss how timeless Sally Field is.

Oscars, you were  quite phenomenal this year.
